Who is my neighbor?

Over 2000 years ago Jesus told a story about a traveler that was hurt and in desperate need of care.  The religious people of that time and his fellow countrymen avoided him for fear of what it might cost them.  However, a man of a different cultural background and different religious beliefs had compassion on him and sacrificed both time and financial resources to make sure his needs were met.
